Digital Marketing Internship – Spring or Summer 2012E

In our 10th year of strong and continuous growth, Digital Brand Expressions, located near Princeton NJ and easily accessible from New York and Philadelphia, is actively seeking smart, energetic digital marketing interns to join our team.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the Creative & Engagement Services team to develop integrated marketing programs consistent with overall brand marketing objectives. This internship will provide valuable, hands-on experience in digital marketing, with emphasis on SEO, PPC, and social media management

While the assignments and projects vary depending on the business needs, we provide you with meaningful marketing communications assignments that will have a real impact on our business and our clients. Not only will you receive exposure to the digital marketing industry, you’ll learn how to build effective marketing campaigns and stronger brand equities.

Candidates should be enrolled in college, have a heavy interest in digital media, and a strong desire to work in an agency setting. Must be committed, organized, computer savvy, detail-oriented and conscientious. Minimum of 16-20 hours per week over 3 months.

Responsibilities include:

Assist digital strategists with any and all duties, including:

Copywriting (articles, blogs, press releases, etc.)
Monitoring social media accounts
Brainstorming new campaign ideas
Online research of websites, tools, and trends

General administrative tasks in and outside of the production realm.

Requirements:

Strong copywriting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledgeable of the web and social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google).
Graphic design and HTML skills a plus, but not required.

Must be available for the Spring or Summer 2012

Salary: $10/hour, credit available
