The DBE Team
The DBE team is comprised of certified SEO, SEA, and search engine image protection experts dedicated to helping our clients take their search marketing results to new heights, month after month, year after year. Our clients typically work directly with a Programs Manager assigned to their business and have access to our technical experts and editorial staff via the Program Management team.
The DBE executive team is comprised of seasoned marketing and technology executives who’ve come to us after years of experience in a variety of Fortune 500 and mega-agency environments. Our experiences have shaped our vision, which in turn drives our culture that values and rewards innovation, collaboration, respect, and fun.
The DBE team is headed by our president and CEO, Veronica “Niki” Fielding, who is primarily responsible for business development and the general management of the organization. Our client-focused teams are directed by Marc Engelsman, VP of Client Services. Deepa Maran is our Group Manager of Technical Services. The rest of our team is a fantastically talented mix of marketing programs managers, search engine optimization specialists, certified paid search specialists, copywriters, and content distribution coordinators.
