Our President and CEO, Veronica “Niki” Fielding is well known for making great business introductions. She’s wired to connect and ensures intros are desired by both parties and mutually rewarding. It’s no wonder The Connective, tapped her to head one of its chapters.

The Connective is an invitation-only, virtual community of pay-it-forward businesspeople who enjoy the benefits of making and receiving opt-in referrals. Each chapter is named after a major city, with members of the chapters being located anywhere in the US, with a few in the UK, too.


Chapters meet every other week (Niki’s chapter meets on alternating Tuesdays, noon ET) and members are encouraged to attend as many meetings of as many chapters as their schedules allow. There’s no limit to the networking! Members interact with each other at the meetings as well as through 1:1 phone/Zoom meetings—and in-person meetings are fun when members are in the same area.


The Connective costs members $100/month ($1,000 if prepaid for the year).
