How’s your resilience working for you? Do you feel like the warrior you are? Perhaps a little weary, but you know how to pause, reset, and recharge, right? If you want to brainstorm ideas for doing that, let me know. I’ve been collecting and sharing a lot on this topic and would be happy to talk about it with you. In the meantime, here are articles that caught my attention recently that I want to share with you and other business leaders who are doing their best to keep their part of our world humming along, despite what we may find in our paths day to day:

  • We’ve all heard the data and research about what happens when companies add women to the C-suite. Guess what—it’s time to hear it again! This article from Harvard Business Review shares the latest on how companies think (and act) differently with women in the highest roles in the organization. Seriously, this article has some new data and it’s a good read.
  • Is there an advantage for ambiverts as sales leaders? Adam M. Grant thinks so and details his reasons why in this piece for Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Not sure what an ambivert is (or if you are one)? Here’s a quick run through.
  • Problem solving and you…recent research shows that people are more apt to consider solutions that “add” options rather than remove them. Intrigued? I was, and still am. This one is fascinating.
